Are your old cheek pads worn or dirty?
Is you helmet not as snug fitting as it was when new?
Replace them with some new genuinene replacements from the Bigbikebook.
The majority helmets come with cheek pads at a standard 35mm therefore 37mm will be a bit tighter and 33mm slightly more loose.
If you are unsure what size is in your helmet, then just pull one away from the shell and the size will be on a small sticker on the back of the pad.
